Advantage Newsletter July 2021
15 July 2021
Our July edition of Advantage Newsletter is now live!
As life slowly begins to return to a new COVID-normal, we have seen that many of our customers are keen to get out, enjoy their retirement and visit family and friends. We have also been busy at Heartland – with a rebrand, introduction of a new product, adaptation of our reverse mortgage to assist with home-care, receiving a 5-star lender award, and participating in Dementia Australia’s Memory Walk and Jog event to raise funds for those living with dementia and their carers.
Retirement Income Review supports equity release
The Australian Government’s latest Retirement Income Review supported the use of reverse mortgages as a solution for funding the retirement income gap. This report suggests that the home is an underutilised asset in retirement planning, and could improve living standards for many Australian seniors. At Heartland, this is what we do everyday, allowing Australian seniors to live a more comfortable retirement, in their own homes, with more freedom from financial stress, through the use of our reverse mortgage.
All of this, and other interesting articles we hope you find of interest and value, can be read in Advantage.
Heartland – Australia’s leading reverse mortgage provider
At Heartland we are proud to have helped over 21,000 Australians release more than $1.3bn of equity from their homes, helping them to live a more comfortable retirement with our reverse mortgage. We have found that even a modest amount borrowed can be transformational in our customers’ lives, bringing peace of mind, and allowing them to live in their own home for as long as they choose.
Can we help you?
Heartland has a dedicated team of reverse mortgage specialists who deliver personalised service. If you would like to apply for a reverse mortgage, arrange a face to face meeting with an accredited broker, or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
